A Tesla station or in other words Tesla Supercharger station is a network or a bunch of 480-volts fast and high-charging stations built by Tesla Inc USA. This allows specifically Model S & Model X cars to travel for longer durations due to quick charging of vehicle’s battery packs.

Last year, it was announced up to 10 % per cent of the vehicles that are being purchased by government bodies will be electric and hybrid cars.
The move is part of the Dubai Green Mobility Initiative.
DEWADubai Water and Electricity Authority has so far added 13 electric vehicles to its pocket in the year 2015-2016.
It is also implementing an awareness initiative with name green charger initiative in order to establish charging stations for electric cars across Dubai, and good news is 100 charging stations have been already been installed since year 2015.

As we all know due to the excellence and reputation in services of Emirates Airline The United Arab Emirates has become one of the premium global brand. Now adding Tesla’s brand into their region would really add to that brand image as well. With new laws in taxation modules which will be coming into effect in 2018, auto industry sources suggest going to hybrid/alternate fuel vehicles and hence would also be boosting sales and usage. DEWA has already scheduled 100 electric charging stations to open. The sustainable mobility agenda has also been taken up by other government entities.
